I booked a week back in Nov for Disney Old Key West.

It is a 2 beedroom June5th-June12th.

My questions is can this week be sold to anyone?

Is it worth selling?

I have came into a problem and cant not make it that week now. And I didnt want to lose 92,000 points.

Any help would be greatful

You are not allowed to sell it. If you cancel you will still get 75% of your points refunded since you are between 119-61 days before check in.
