Update regarding eBay sellers
Just an update, that "QualityVacations" is now listing these $1500 transfer fees and are saying that it is being paid by the seller. For those who are interested good to know. I have decided to hold off for now and hold out for a VVP as ONE of the SVC memberships may not get transferred.
