Can Wyndham RCI points be transfered to another account?

Help! A relative wants to give me the RCI points in her Wyndham RCI account so maybe I can use them before they expire. I also have a Wyndham RCI account. She thinks I'd just have to pay the transfer fee, whatever that is. Is it possible to transfer points between accounts like this? Or should I just find a vacation to use those points and have her book the time for me? I've been looking on the Wyndham and RCI web sites and didn't find anything. Seems to me it would be easier to just pay the booking and guest fee...

If they are "TPUs" then yes, you can transfer them for a $109 fee.
If they are "something else" then no- meaning if they are Wyndham points that are listed a different way then TPUs.

I think she's talking about Wyndham points that were converted into her Wyndham RCI points account before year-end.
