Points RCI account - how to find point transaction history?

I know I came accross it once on the new point site: it listed all PFD transactions and all "withdrawals" - can't find it anymore! I spoke today with RCI "technical support" guy, and he was willing to help me find it, but ...... in order to do it, he needed my user id and PASSWORD I am an IT person, and would never ever ask any of my users for their password!!! It is a big no-no!! I asked him iwhy he would not sign on to HIS account and walk me through (what a novice idea!!!) but he claimed he did not have one He was rather upset I refused to provide him with my password
So, anybody know where the points transaction history is hidden?

The only way I've ever found to get it is to ask feedback@rci.com to provide it to me.

You should be able to find all of your vacation transaction history via following path:

My Account > Vacation Plan > Vacation History

I don't know why the RCI rep asked for your username/ password. I called them quite a few times, they never need to get my credential to view my history.

The above path only shows points "used" but not what was deposited. I am now thinking that I imagined seeing a comprehensive points history page.
As for the technical support, I just couldn't get over the fact they do not have their own "test user" account access. He should not have to ask me for my password. I would not have any major issues with giving it to him, since there isn't really any sensitive information stored there, except for the fact I use the same password on MANY different sites (most of them with much more sensitive info)

I am new to the Points side and recently used some points to book 2 days at a resort. When I go to Vacation History, however, there is no listing for the 2 day use. RCI told me it is because the use was short term. Is anybody else able to see the use of points for short stays? I would love to have a history section that shows all of my usage of points.

We have a June one night stay that is listed in our history.

I believe other things were missing, though.

I haven't had time to do a close comparison to my own records yet.
