I would be very interested to find out what owners around the world pay as maintenance fee per point per year. I sell RCI points and with 12 years experience, i think that we offer one of the best rates availabe. Our maintenance is .65 UScent per Point per year.

We pay about .008 per point, which is 8/10 of a penny, for our Mansfield Country Resort in Australia.

we sell our Points from our main resort on the island of Skiathos ( All about Skiathos, activities, accommodation, beaches, property, etc. ). Our homepage is: NOSTOS SELECT - Vacation Club

We sell the points for 30 or more years and they become cheaper per point as more as you buy. All points more then 80.000 are cheapest per point. Only additional fee is a once off admin. fee of Euro 350 per contract.

that took me a while to find that our maintenance is .0065 and not .65 UScent as mentioned before. That is according to the exchange rates. in the contract it is .005 EUROcent per Point. ( 20.000 RCI POINTS = 100 Euro ) Anyone better then that? i really hopped to get a bit a overview what people actuallu per for points.

I can generate RCI Points via Points for Deposit at around $.003-.005/point including deposit fees.

that took me a while to find that our maintenance is .0065 and not .65 UScent as mentioned before....

.0065 US dollars is the same thing as .65 US cents.

However, given how the US dollar is going, who knows what .5 Euro Cents will be in US currency in a few years? This, unfortunately, is a major drawback for US residents who are currently looking to buy foreign timeshares.

Still, if the purchase price is low enough, this might be a good deal for some US residents, and should be a good deal for many people who do transactions in Euros.

My three RCI Points timeshares have MFs in the range of .59 - .78 points. These are all deeded weeks that I have other uses for if I ever get tired of RCI Points.

The "rule of thumb" on TUG has been that anything under 1 cent a point is reasonable. Many of the folks here on TS4MS are expert timesharers who know how to get excellent deals. Dwhm, eBay might be a good place to list your timeshare.

.0083 (USD) per RCI point, in my case. By the way, I'm guessing that you actually meant to indicate .0065 in your original post, not .65. If it was indeed actually .65, you wouldn't have remained in business for 12 years......

Are you figuring in your savings on your cheap II and other exchanges using those weeks that you use to feed your RCI Points accounts.

I do not think you are saying that you have been selling RCI Points for 12 years, are you? I think you been selling timeshares for 12 years. How many years have you been selling RCI Point packages?

I think you on going maintenance fee cost is about one cent to high Per RCI Point if all factors are considered for the ownership mixs that can fully used for the RCI weeks Points for RCI Points programs and for other timeshare "Stuff".

Or maybe your cost per RCI Point is about one and cents to two cents per RCI Points per maintenance fees cost to high in comparison to the "mix" of ownerships that some use for the RCI weeks for Points program.

Old Boca and a few others knows what I am talking about and how some do it with their mix of ownerships.

Besides I was getting credit on Tugs "Ask RCI" for being the cause of the lessing of the amount of weeks that can be used in the weeks for points program per RCI Points account.

But your costs per points sem fairly decent in MF's compared to most of the developers buthave you mentioned what the cost to buy is and the amount of yearly RCI Points the buyer gets?

Please post those costs and the amount of RCI Points for your resort.
