Well, I got a follow up call today. In addition to the $299 upfront fee, they also charge a $39/quarter renewal fee. That seals the deal as a dead value proposition for someone who knows what they are doing.

I thought at this moment, any upfront fee service is not good for anyone knows a little what they can do any willing to get dirty. Since the whole TS is still like new frontier, but it is much less risky if you buy resell and don't pay any big front-fee. Certainly for someone like you, they will not be able to provide any added values
