    Irene,

Email me a few resorts you're interested in and I'll see what I can pull for you. That will give you an idea, but in a lot of resorts it will still vary depending on the type of units available. I'll also only be able to give you a definite point value for weeks that are available for exchange. Still not really a true picture.

The RCI Points online directory is not right in most cases from what I see now. For instance Aristar Resorts at South Mountain in Phoenix shows anywhere from 50,000 pts to 71,700 points for a 2 bedroom unit. I called RCI and the first VG said all the 2 bedroom units are the same. Decided to call back the next day and was told by another VG that there are 2 differnet sizes of units. I had been checking this resort every day from Mar 7 through Mar 22 and the points values were different for every check in day. Tried calling the resort and they have very limited office hours and the person I talked to had no idea why. Then I checked the reviews on Tug and found a very negative one from a person who had been given a unit that had not been renovated and looked nothing like the pictures in the directory. No granite countertops etc. Apparently only 5 units out of 100 or so have been done and RCI rates this resort GC! I'm so glad I didn't go ahead and book a week. Many resorts have different types of units but most like my home resort of Meadow Lake have the proper points chart in the directory.
