Yes, I saw it too. It would be nice if there was a sold one so I could get a feel for the price.

There is a web site for a Wenatchee company which specializes in VI sales and they have some advertized in their newsletter. Their price is between $30 - $50/ pt.

BUT, I didn't know that almost all VI point packages are RTU and many expire in the next 25 - 40 years.

Careful, maintenance fees are very high with VI. in 2005, it was $6.59 per point. A 2bedroom during RED season are 139.5 points.
