South Africa/Australia Swap Required

Hi All Ozzie Time-share owners
I have Time-share points in South Africa and I'd like to swap for Timeshare in Oz for the period 11th February 2009 to 31st March 2009. I need the 6 weeks preferably as close to Brisbane as possible. Minimum requirement 1 bedroom 2 sleeper but will consider bigger units, 6 different units in different Resorts is fine.
My points are available in any CRI resort in South Africa for any period of time.

I also have an apartment in Spain that stands empty most of the year. So I'm also working on the possibility of swapping my beach apartment in
Spain hopefully with someone in Brisbane. This is my Apartment:

It is not really for sale, i'm just practising web design and was looking
for a project to do

Have you any advice on where I can best try to get a swap? like for like!

You could try contacting people who advertise Brisbane units on vrbo.com to see if they might be interested in a Spain trade.
