Anywhere points? Please help

Hello,
I recently went to a Wyndham timeshare sales presentation. They wanted to sell me 306,000 points that I could use at any resort for $47,000 (plus maintenance fees). However, I found someone on the internet selling the same amount of points for $10,000. Could this deal be legitimate? If so, why such the price difference?

Also, many of the points on sale say that they are for a particular resort, but they also say that they can be used at any wyndham resort. What is the point of advertising that the points are for a particular location if they can be used at all locations?

yes....the deal is probably legitimate...points are points. Developer prices are always very high and you could buy the same as resale for much cheaper.

Do a search on this forum and you will see what I mean. Also, look in our Wyndham forum on points.

You can buy 308,000 points for around $1500. Paying $10,000 is a ripoff.
