GPR exchanging/rci

Why is it that listed in the rci exchanges there is a couple of 2 bdrms at carlsbad seapoint in jun 10...however when i search it nothing is avail. Is it because i have a pts account?

Also which is a better place Carlsbad seapointe or gpr s. cali beach club?

I can only see Carlsbad Inn and Grand Pacific Palisades searching weeks from the points side but I can see all of the GPR's in June, 2010 on the weeks side. I predict they will show up in a day or two so put a search in if you want to stay there. I noticed the same strangeness last week with a Carlsbad Inn week and it showed up the next day on the points side. If it happens again it will be an official trend.

I've never stayed at Seapointe or SCBC but I would pick SCBC.

They are still not there today in points...still there from the weeks side.
