  • Points for lease

Can anyone let me know where I can get info on a 3 year points for lease program. I am finding I can use more than what I have, but don't want to commit to a long term relationship.

    Thanks

Don't forget you also have the right to "rent" half of your annual allotment directly from RCI each year.

Currently, I'm only aware of three resorts who are offering this type of ownership.: Club Trinidad in California, Tree Tops in Pennsylvania, and Sandstone Creek in Colorado.

Contact persons for each are as follows:

Club Trinidad- Bill Riney (913) 927-5778 (he advertises on this site)
Tree Tops- Robert Howells (407) 496-1646
    Sandstone- Linda Johnson (970) 476-4405

I'd recommend you call all three and compare the terms! It does look like more associations are jumping on this train, however- so I expect more resorts to offer this type of program in the near future!

I do not understand what this means. I am trying to learn how to rent my points or weeks (I am a wyndham owner). I do not use alot of my points except for gifts recently but want to payoff the mortgage and keep for future years.

      Help.
