I wanted to book 3 units for the last week in July 2007 in Williamsburg for a family vacation. My worst trader would only pull Powhatan, and I have been reading some poor reviews on the resort (I have stayed there twice and it was fine but I have gotten the sense it has gone downhill). My better traders were pulling others, including Greensprings. Well I kept checking once a week and tonight, sure enough, my weak trader pulled Greenspring. I put it on hold and also got the resort with two of the stronger weeks. Perhaps there were a few deposits that shifted the supply/demand ratio. I am glad I held out and kept looking.

Pat, what's the name of your dawg? I've stayed in Greensprings with my little dawg, but maybe mines not such a bad dawg afterall as I get excellent trades as long as I don't want a certain thing at a certain time. shaggy

LOL....I was kidding....It is Hotel on the Cay and while it is a fun resort to stay at, I don't have the patience to try for something SUPER with it.
I traded for a 2BR September week at Smuggs for this year.....so will see what I can get with it for next year.
