I am a weeks owner and I recently exchanged one of my weeks, this past Easter week, to Carlsbad Seapointe Resort.
I would like to exchange there again or to any of the GPR's. but I cannot since they have the 1-4 rule for all seven of their GPR resorts.
I started investigating points because they said , at the time, that point owners were an exception, in other words, if you owned points you could exchange yearly.
I did a search for one of the GPR weeks tonight and saw that now the only exception to the 1-4 rule is if you are a GPR owner.

I was there in April and was told differently. Am I to understand that all these owners of the GPR's can exchange into most of the resorts in RCI yearly but restrict non GPR owners to exchange into all 7 resorts only once in four years ?
