I used them for the first time recently. I traded my home resort for two consecutive weeks in Santa Fe, NM. I was able to conduct the entire thing on the phone with a rep at my resort. She told me that while one of the weeks we requested was a "premium" she took care of it by requesting one of my trade weeks (which are floating) be a premium week as well. I was very satisfied with the process and what we got as an exchange.Luanne

Very Pleased
I have traded with them twice in the last year and have been extre, mely pleased wih both trades. I don't know what people are talking about with extra fees...I have never paid extra. Granted, I didn't exchange for high profile vacation weeks. Howewer, I did exchange my studio for a 1BR with no upcharge.
They do have a good selection of different resorts and are very easy to work with. I would highly recommend them. Much easier than SFX or Dial and Exchange if you like to search on your own.

we've had very good luck with them and plan to conitnue. The personal service is also appreciated.
The upgrade fees are reasonable: $97 to upgrade unit size and also if you are booking a holiday week. Overcome that by depositing a 2 ND unit, if you are going to want one, and a holiday week.
Deposit within 120 days and get a bonus week. We are in Kona Hawaiian Resort right now with a bonus week that cost us a total of $119 !7 years of fulltime timesharing, only 6-7 months, now based in Puyallup, WA
