I put something on hold yesterday and I got an email confirmation saying the unit would be on hold until the close of business today. Today I logged in to confirm and I found out RCI.com is down. I then called RCI and found out that the call center is closed today. So I guess this means I will lose my hold, huh?

You should still have all your holds in place, even though it is past the normal time frame. I had put a unit on hold that would normally have expired last night but it is still showing up in my account as on hold and I can confirm it online if I wishOriginally posted by klynn View PostComment

I can remember the call centres being open until midnight. Of course, those were pre-online booking days.
