Trouble online with RCI anyone?

I cannot seem to be able to book online. I can search, get to booking part then says can't do now or something try later or try calling call center. RCI frustrates me so much....Anyone else having troubles???

In points over the weekend I couldn't book a unit that I wanted to use points for. I had to flip over to weeks to get it and placed it on hold. I got a message that "due to the nature of my account I couldn't book on line" or some such nonsense. I called RCI and don't know how true this is buit was told that weeks through points needed to be called in.......

Is this another RCI enhancement? I seem to remember being able to book weeks with points without calling.

During their last "update", they also lost our ability to save our "Favorite Searces"
I really liked that feature but now it is not working..
Guess I'll have to wait for the next "update"
