How do you find members for a direct trade. I have Interval and I own at Disney but I would love to be able to use my Interval trade to get back into Disney. Any thoughts appreciated.

If I understand your post, you somehow want to use II to trade to someone to get to a DVC resort? Problem is that you can't trade an II exchange or do anything that gives you a financial gain without taking the chance of them canceling that exchange , suspending your account, or worse.
Now you can try to trade the week you own with someone, and if you have a great week/resort you may find someone interested that owns DVC.
What normally happens is that someone has a moderate resort/week and wants to trade into an upscale high demand resort. These direct trades seldom happen as everyone wants at least what they have, most want more
