Week doesn't quailfy for an AC now.

II is telling me that the Club Intrawest week doesn't quailfy for an AC now. Only weeks between Dec 2006 and Feb 2007. But that it will likely qualify for an AC later, as historically that week get ACs.

II is also telling me that when the week is added to their weeks which qualify for an AC, I will not get it because I deposited before the week qualified. This info is different than I heard in the past. Isn't it?

AND NOW FOR THE KICKER:

I own two resorts in Whistler, Club Intrawest ( a top rated 5 * resort) and Mountainside lodge ( a nice but not top rated resort). The mountainside qualifies now for an AC but not the much nicer CI resort. Does this make any sense to anyone?

Is there someone I can complain to at II. I'm unhappy.

If at first you don't succeed, try try again! I think you have a case that could be explained and rewarded....so why not call and ask for some guidance on how to get heard!

I have gotten an AC after the fact from II.

I deposited my week before the AC were given for my week. Ironically, it was a II representative that told me that I was entitled to the AC.

I think if you persist, you will get the AC once it is given out for the time frame your week is in, don't give up........
