Can't see exchanges in RCI x 2 days

I can log into my account but when I click search for a vacation, I either get a not available message or the page just keeps trying to load and goes nowhere

Which browser are you using? I had a problem similar to this when using Firefox but it worked fine using Internet Explorer.

My computer crashed and died, and I was on at work. Not sure what they use.

I switched to Chrome a few months ago because I had similar problems with Firefox and RCI. I also find that I get the not available message when my search is null (ie. no units available)
