I know there is a one in four restriction with RCI - do they allow two weeks in a row every four years???
This is how it 'works' with the Mayan Palace group but I do not see this wording on RC for Morritts.
it says.....
"Urgent Information 1 in 4 year rule is strictly enforced and applies to both Morritt's Resorts. Resort has 3 levels and no elevator. Resort is unable to honor unit upgrade or change requests. Government tax of approximately $10.00 per day applies. Security deposit of $500.00 due at check in. Utility surcharge is based on usage and can range from $60.00 to $250.00 depending upon unit size, location, and energy consumption. The town houses are two stories and the bedrooms are located on the upper level. No pets are allowed "
