  • Wyndham owner would like to trade for Manhattan Club

Anyone interested in trading a Manhattan Club with me for a Wyndham week. We would like to go towards the end of July 2011 or the end of July 2012. Thanks!

With the new RCI/Wyndham crossover interface, you should be able to trade in thru your Wyn/RCI weeks account - apparently there is now a generic crossover grid - no more trading power - u just have to have the correct amount of points to get in.

If you are a Wyndham II owner or have traded into MC the last 4 years, ignore this advice.

I went and looked at RCI but there is nothing there that I want...I don't know if I am doing it wrong.

Let me go look - I suspect you are not doing it "wrong" - there is just no availability for this July 2011 (too late) or July 2012 (too early) at this time.

I just booked some January nights using RCI points....let me look at weeks - BRB.

Okay, go into RCI and do a search for resort 4064 but do not use any dates - I see availability for Jan-April 2012 - if you see this (which you should) then u know you will see the July weeks when/if they are deposited to RCI.
If it is allowable with the new Wyndham interface - Put in an ongoing search for the dates you want and you should get it.

Let us know if you see what I see now....

That is because I booked it when u posted.

To the OP - here is some info from the II Wyndham ownership - but you should have the same crossover for RCI - FYI, the 1BRs are a Friday Check-in, the studios are Saturday.
Looks like 143,000 Wyn should get you a 1BR - a VERY good thing.

143K? Not bad compared to TPU's at least not for me.

Yes, this is a case where using Wyndham is advantageous.

I'm using $5.50/K Wyndham points for comparisons now, there are some lower and some higher.

                  143K x $5.50 = < $800.

Very good, especially considering the MH club owners are paying MF's much more than that.

So, which do you think would be better, that, or my $5000 through RCI Weeks Points?
