When I was an owner I always responded. I would rip them apart. For what they were charging in all the fees I expected perfect.
I stayed in one dump where you had to pull open the kitchen drawers a little to get the dishwasher door open !

Always plus i write reviews and put them on Trip dvisor, TUG and here. Sometimes I am slow so might be weeks later or even a month but I try to always do it...

I always answer the surveys. I also try to do a review here and on Tripadvisor. I even sometimes do a review in RCI.
