Exchanging Exchanges with RCI, is this possible?

Ok so heres my thoughts...

One of my thoughts was...I've tried snowboarding, but end up on my face even on the 'bunny hills' its pretty embarassing when 5-6yr olds are going around you and the cold is....well cold....But love the beach

*Guy used for example* Is a fair skinned Irishman(no offense to the irish my daughter is pale skinned with red hair, currently taking irish stepdancing) and HATES the beach, the constant pounding of the surf keeps him up at night and he has to put on so much sun screen so he doesn't burn that he might as well be wearing a winter coat....BUT he LIVES skiing, he'd spend months at a time on the slopes if he could

I happen upon *Perfect Ski Week* in *Amazing Location* available for 12 - 25 TPU's on RCI, he has RCI Points so couldn't see that ski week but he found an *Amazing beach week* that i couldn't see with my weeks account...Couldn't i just put the guest certificate in his name...and he put his guest certificate in my name?

I just want to make sure something like that was 'legal'...i know RCI tends to BAN accounts when rules are broken, so i want to make sure 110% that there is NO rule that could cover this situation before i even THINK about doing it...Its just NOT worth it to get banned...and if thats even a Slight possiblity i REFUSE to do it! I'M WELL AWARE OF THE POSSIBLITY OF A BAN IF THIS DOES BREAK A RULE, THATS WHY I"M TRYING TO FIGURE OUT IF IT DOES...

I have Emailed RCI Support with a more specific worded version of this...asking if it is not allowed and if so, where do they state that...Hopefully they will get back to me soon and i can post in this thread their final answer!!

The last thread got erased because of all the fighting and off topic talk within it...lets try to keep this one informative and clean! Everyone knows about the banning if you break a rule, the point of this thread to find out IF there is a rule that could be broken

Here's some information i and others pointed out in the last thread straight from the RCI Site:

From Section 1:

C. The Program may not be used by a Member or guest for commercial purposes, including without limitation, auction, rental or sale of a Confirmed Exchange, Deposited Vacation Time, Inventory, Guest Certificate, for example. Such use is grounds for immediate termination of Member’s membership and cancellation of any reservations, exchanges, or other benefits of the Program.

From Section 17:

Subject to RCI’s approval, a Member may transfer the right to seek a Confirmed Exchange for Deposited Vacation Time. Combined Deposits or Deposit Credits to another existing Member, if the transferring Member a) submits to RCI a completed Vacation Time Transfer Application, by mail or facsimile; b) pays the applicable fee, listed on RCI’s website at www.rci.com, for each such transfer.; and c) the transferring Member represents to RCI that the Member is not transferring the Deposited Vacation Time in return for compensation.

From Section 20:

D. Guest Certificates and Guest Passes may not be used for any commercial purpose, including without limitation auction, rental or sale. Their use is subject to any conditions, restrictions or limitations which may be imposed by the Affiliated Resort or Accommodating Party.

Alot of these Apply to what can and can not be done within the RCI system...and are important to know and keep in mind as a member...but i haven't found anything that even generally talks about exchanging exchanges
