RCI-how well does bluegreen trade

I am thinking about buying a timeshare (resale) and I am currently researching all things timeshare related. How well does a decent Red season blue green week from Myrtle Beach trade. Could I use a week from one of the bluegreen resorts in Myrtle beach to get to Disney or do a points exchange?
