Q about exchange "power" for southeast coastal summer weeks

I just got two 2 bedroom units for summer 2007 - one at Peppertree Atlantic Beach in North Carolina and one at Country Club Villas in Surfside Beach near Myrtle Beach in South Carolina. I also got a 3 bedroom unit for labor day week at Country Club Villas. I am wondering if anyone has an idea of how these might trade in II and RCI. I have a summer socal coastal week that trades very well in RCI and I am wondering if these might be comparable.

Great to trade, harder to rent...go figure

My Peppertree AB III week #30 trades great...even gets bonus weeks from SFX. I decided this year to rent it though, and it's tougher than I thought it would be.
Only III, the Gold Crown section will trade thru SFX. I've gotten great trades thru II and RCI as well.
