Hi - While we are not new owners, we have never traded & I am nervous. We own (purchased resale) a 2 Bedroom, floating week, Lakes section, every even year at the Sheraton Vistana. DH would like me to trade it for a week at the beach next summer. We live on the East Coast & he wants to be able to drive no further than SC. I have not joined RCI or II yet. We would love some advise, pointers &/or what others have been able to trade for. Thanks!

Where do you live on the East Coast?
I stayed this year at Vistana Jensen beach. I got it thru RCI points but I'm sure with the Starwood preference you should be able to get it as well.
It's in South Florida so I wasn't sure if you lived North of South of the Carolinas.
