Due to the highly positive impact that the RCI web enhancements have had, we have noticed a decrease in activity at our call centers with more members searching and booking their vacations online. As a result, after a successful trial program this summer, we have decided to close call center operations on Sunday’s, effective September 16th.
With the vast majority of VRI Owners booking vacations online through rci.com vs. contacting the call center directly, we believe this should have minimal impact if any for your owners regarding our call centers closing on Sunday’s.
Please note that time sensitive services including check in problems (Affiliate support 866-280-7685) and “click to chat” on rci.com will continue to be provided 24/7.
