Hi Everyone! My first post here and unfortunately for a bad reason. I think this has also happened to me on a family vacation I have planned to Phoenix this May. Just bought airfares for my whole family (3 small kids) and our dates are completely inflexible due to school holidays.

I would love to hear if there are any specific tips for talking to the RCI case managers?
