As we all know thanks to him, timesharing is a very bad thing.

JLB, why don't you just admit that as usual you made a bad decision by buying a junk timeshare and now are calling every timeshare bad. Maybe you should go over to redweek and discuss it with your old girlfriend. At any rate, many of us getting tired of you subject changing postings complaining about your inability to get rid of your junk timeshares. Sooner or later someone will issue you infractions for posting off topic, post count farming or whatever else and you will lose a second major part of your audience.

Needless to say, yes, I am past the dangling carrots, gloating and bagging phase, and into the warning those who have not bought yet, but who should consider all aspects of obligating themselves to timeshares.
That's my target, not those who are timeshare-enraptured. But, read if you can't help yourself.
Again, thanks for thinking about me.

Is there a particular reason you still post on this board?
Maybe starting and financing your own "I hate Timeshare" website would be a more appropriate place for you to post.

I will be having the same problem as you Pat next year when I retire. Most of my travel friends will still be working. I have joined a local travel club, but from what I have seen their trips are a bit pricey for what they are. Also, they tend to go places I have already been.
