I swear I saw a summer Brewster Green for 2015 for 29 points...then it was gone...then it was back, for 39 points. Then gone, then back for 43.

For summer 2015, I had been watching 2brs at Powhatan fluctuate between 18 and 21 for weeks. Then a FOUR BEDROOM came up for just the week we wanted...for 22 TPU! Now the 2brs are sitting there at 18.
