  • So what's on your Timeshare Bucket List?

Many people talk about Bucket Lists - I am fulfilling one that is on mine by doing a non-timeshare trip to China next year.

But what Timeshare do you REALLY want to go to?

Doesn't have to be fancy or big or anything special - just one you REALLY want to get!

For me - I would like to stay at Coronado Beach Club http://coronadobeachresort.com
I visited the resort with a group of TS4M friends several years ago when we were staying at the Carlsbad Inn - Bluegreen is forming an alliance with the Grand Pacific Resort group and I am hoping I will be able to do an internal exchange there. Just want to be there by the Coronado Resort.

Hyatt Key West - any one of the 3 but probably based on reviews, The Beach House.
Just can't seem to find the time for that one.

Disney Bay Lake Towers - just because.....

    Samoset Resort, ME - 2BR oceanfront...yup

In Europe - Old Killarney Village, Ireland - have been there and would like to return.

Have never stayed at Sloane Gardens, London - maybe SFX or a direct exchange with a Diamond Owner?

Wish there was a TS in Barcelona

Soooooo, what special place do you want to go?
    Pat

I have stayed at 2 from your list, Sloanes and Samoset. On my list is to get rid of all but 2 maybe 3 timeshares

Whistler was on my list and I may actually get there this winter.... used to be a harder carrot to grab, but easier now with change in management at some of the resorts.

St George Club in Bermuda still on my list, hoping to keep the exchange I have for next year.

Hyatt Highlands in Carmel would be lovely but only on my list in warm weather.

Marriott St Kitts in winter, without a Marriott, enough in advance to get reasonably priced air. Not holding my breath for that one!

Are there good timeshares in Bangkok? If yes, then that. Someday.

Hyatt Highlands in Carmel would be lovely but only on my list in warm weather. I should have added that one, too.

Enjoyed St George Bermuda - been twice, not going back.

You better get busy as I recall you have a loooong list of ownerships.

But where do you still want to go?

            The Wellington in Newport, RI.
            The Quarter House, Nawlins
            Hyatt Sunset Harbor, Key West
            The Whaler, Lahaina
            Westin Kaanapali, Maui
            Fitzpatrick Castle, Dublin

I have had Fitzpatrick Castle and the Wellington reserved but had to cancel Dublin and give Welly to our Nephew and his wife who still rave about it.

I want sooooo many it's hard to narrow it down to just a few.

              Big Cedar in Branson.
Also Alaunai is high on my list in Hawaii.
Grand Floridian too but I'm crossing that one off in February.
              Westin St. John.
Hyatt in Key West & Bonita Springs, FL.
              Lodge Allen Inn in SC
              Disney HHI resort, SC.
Studio Homes at Ellis Square, GA
Wyndham Alexandria & National Harbor, DC
Las Cascadas in San Antonio (my home resort) but never visited.
Club La Pension and Wyn Avenue Plaza, Nola.
              Wyndham Cantebury, SF
              Worldmark Camlin, WA
              Hilton Club or W 57.
              Marriott Ocean Club, Maui
The Inn at Bay Harbor, MI cause I just love those old Victorian hotels.
Villa L'Auberge cause I just love the name.
Christmas Mountain Village after the renovations are done.
              HGVC at Craigendarroch Lodges, Scotland
HGVC at Borgo alle Vigne, Tuscany

I'm sure there are some I've forgotten or just haven't heard of yet.
And this doesn't even include all the cruises and hotels on my list.

                    Chris,

Hit me up when you decide to do a "western sweep" I've got Worldmark and can get you in...unless you already own Wyndham? They have concocted some Wyndham Club Pass thing that would give Wyndham owners access to WM and vice versa but I'm likely to get ostracized from it since I only own resale and not developer credits....doesn't mean I can't get you Camlin though. That's a WM property.

Thanks. I do own Wyndham but only a small package so it doesn't go too far.
I'd love to do it next year but my life is so in limbo right now that I've gotta push it down the road a year for now.

Chris C. owns at Ocho Cascadas and posted a long report about it some time ago. Here is the link.

Well, this has been depressing. Many of my bucket list are similar to what others have posted. However, I counted at least 4 that I have had confirmed exchanges to and had to cancel at last minute.
Hyatt Key West, Ocho Cascadas, Hilton Craigendarocch,Windjammer Landing and Samoset as well as an Ireland exchange.
They are all still firmly on the list, as well as the Alexandria and many others.

San Francisco again and even San Diego and NYC too. Many European cities would be high on my list to see again but I don't see it happen with someone who doesn't like to travel anymore.
