RCI problems today

I hope this is a glitch or something within RCI -- and not my actual ability to pull timeshares in RCI.

No matter what search I try to get today -- Williamsburg in the Fall, Orlando in September -- off season in Canada -- my results show that there is no availability at all. Is anyone else having problems like this today? I find it hard to believe that I cannot even pull Orlando in September -- any Orlando at all???

I too have had the problem, not just today. Try signing off, clear your cache and cookies, and see if you get different results.

I got the same message when I went in and looked at Orlando from the middle of September to the middle of November. I think that RCI has problems with thier website.

I was in earlier looking for las vegas in 2007 and did not have any problems.

I deleted the cookies and it didn't help. But, I don't know how to clear cache. Would you please tell me how?

I have not been able to do a Points "Standard" search since the new website was implemented. No matter what I key in I always get the no availability message. I've contacted RCI, they have responded twice; still not fixed. Waiting again for their next response after following their directions to no avail.

However, I don't seem to have the same problem searching the "Weeks" database within my Points account.

Clearing the cache is done thru the Internet Options ....open that (usually found on IE explorer at Tools), click on Delete Files (be sure to click the box for deleting all offline content as well) as well as Delete Cookies, and while you are at it you could clear your history. Then click Okay.

I hope they are working on this....I'm getting a whole lot of nothing from 4 days out until end of April for EVERYWHERE. When I know there has got to be stuff there. Interesting I get a "couple of finds" every once in a while but not what I should be seeing.

Now how am I supposed to entertain myself until the boys decide to get up???

Big problems with RCI

Same here

I'm finding about a third of what is usually there...

Either that or they've decided to move it all to the rental pool!!

I checked the Canary Islands from 1st Oct 2006 for 10 weeks and got 9 options.
If I check each Canary Island individually I get 43.
Seems to be a problem with the website.

Also, yesterday I got 60 for Florida Resorts on the Beach for 10 weeks beginning March 1, 2007. Today I got only 10 Resorts.
