I see reduced tpus but not the exchange fee reduction

I'm seeing some reduced TPUs as well. My front page says that sale goes through 2/28.

Sure they would - $180 for the exchange fee, maybe a guest certificate, maybe points protection. That's a lot of fees they're missing out on.
