Well II is getting most of my deposits. Anything I give to Rci will be in points.

Yes, I plan on combining my remaining TPUs from my CMV deposits early next month. That will give me 62, and then I'm going to set up an OGS for a nice HGVC or Manhattan Club for early August 2018.

All these extra fees make using the corporate portals even more appealing for the expensive trades.
Luckily with CMV we still have lots of deposit options elsewhere.

Yes, I think going forward if I want something from RCI it will be through Wyndham. I actually got rid of my CMV after they jacked the HK fees up to $91 earlier this year. That coupled with this change in combining makes my timing look pretty good.

If y'all quit giving RCI stuff, how will I get a $219 Last Call?

If I had known I would have invited you up here to Pollard Brook where I have 2 unused bedrooms since our invited guests bowed out. Frank, you just may need a vacation.

This makes my deposits with DAE with their 3 year expiration, and even more my deposits with UKRE with NO expiration, an even better deal. RCI keeps making their product worse and worse.

This doesn't effect deposits. You still have 2 years after the check in date and the time before check in. In only effects when you combine two deposits. So if you have a high tpu RCI might still be the place. If you have either crappy deposits or deposits that RCI does't value too highly than the independents might work better, except if you are trying to get the high value deposits that only RCI seems to have.

Carolinian, Just to see what I can get I have a 2br search for OBX for next summer with both DAE and RCI. I doubt DAE will find anything. I have so far matched to 3 different July weeks at Barrier Island Station Duck and one at Hatteras High in Rodanthe.

Since I'm covering some of my MF's with renting, this still makes sense for me to own.
If you give RCI a last minute high TPU week and just pay the $89 to restore the trading power,
it keeps the week at the 2 year expiration for less money.
I think some of the summer weeks are in the 30's.
Most of what I want in RCI is in that range or less, otherwise I can just get it in points.

DAE must be better in Europe cause here the resorts they have suck.
