A court date has been set in the civil action by the HOA's at Bluebeard's Castle timeshare in St. Thomas, USVI against the current developer, Fairfield (which some owners appropriately call unFairfield due to their thuggish behavior toward the HOA's, including a heavyhanded effort to muscle in some of their own flunkies at board elections). The case will be in court in March 2008.
Apparently there is now a new issue of $10 million in back m/f's that the HOA's say is owed to them by Fairfield.
The judge has ruled that Fairfield cannot vote in HOA electiions nor appoint.
