They won't move it. I tried to give one away and Mark told me that the only way to give it away is basically to make requests for a friend and let SFX contact the friend about matches instead of contacting you about the matches. Either way, you are still responsible for the exchange fee for an exact match if SFX finds one and your friend chooses not to take the week. -
It doesn't get credited to someone elses account because it was awarded as a result of a week being banked, and for accounting and tracking purposes it is still your week no matter who else you allow to use it.Originally posted by wackymother View Post
The very simple way you can let anyone else use it, is making the request online on behalf of your guest. It is very simple to advise them to be absolutely sure about where and when they want to travel, because there is a fee to pay if we find an exact match.
When there is an exact match, we would contact your guest directly and advise them of the booking. We could charge your credit card, and you could redeem the money back from your guest.... Or what makes much more sense is for us to simply charge your guest's credit card.
