I am looking with a strong trader deposited 10 months out for the timeframe from present to Jan 2009.
Point: Either resort spacebanks have changed and don't deposit both sides of the lock-offs anymore or RCI is breaking them up themselves. See my post re: Sunterra Resorts on the Ridge on Sedona Golf Course. I stayed in a 2 BDRM there in April 2006. Haven't seen any 2 BDRM deposits for that one in eons.http://www.timeshareforums.com/forum...ad.php?t=25225
Point: I haven't seen ANY Aruba deposits. Not even in summer.
Point: I don't see much caribbean at any time of the year other than DR-AIs.
Point: Very few SCal coastals.
Point: If you don't want Daytona you aren't staying on the beach in Florida in the first quarter of 2007 or 2008.
Point: I am pulling marginal if any Hawaiian resorts.
Point: 2008 Eastcoast is non-existant for summer.
I don't know what is going on here. Obviously they aren't afraid of the current lawsuit OR deposits will come flying in the door now as people pay their MFs for 2007.
RCI maintains that only 10% of their membership uses on-line access. Where is the other 90%???
