Holiday Group-exchanges with RCI/II

I just read an article in Timesharing Today. An employee from Holiday Group wrote an article--Marias Seven Secrets To Exchanging.
She states she makes over a hundred reservations, banks, and EXCHANGES in RCI/II per week. So what do they do with their exchanges?

I had them make one for me a couple of years ago, because I was concerned that my the time paperwork was complete - title changed, resort notified, etc. , I couldn't get a good week. They did it for me, gave them three choices and they got one of them. I think it was $50.00 for their services. It was an II exchange.

I'm sure they bank a lot of weeks. I had weeks transferred to me relating to two purchases (one successful, the other never completed). I also know they have an RCI Points account because there was negotiation regarding them transferring points to me during the failed purchase process.
