I've been using this for a few weeks now. If you want to know the "power" of your week, a good test right now is Xmas and New Years weeks in Palm Springs 2007 (12/20/07 to 1/05/08). A very good trader will see the 2 bedroom units at the Marriotts and Westin (new years only at the Westin), a decent trader will see 1 bedroom units only and an okay trader will see only studios. If you see nothing, the week is not very good.
I've really seen the effect of a 1 vs. 2 bedroom trader. Some 1 bedroom units in hard to exchange for spots (5 star socal coastal summer) will not see the 2 bedrooms. I was surprised by that. I've always heard that number of bedrooms is a big deal in II and I now see this is truly the case.
