This may be our next bold timeshare move, Boca. Worldmark has a great product. I still l like the Summit Watch idea as well. I am such a copycat.

Another neat thing I found out is you can exchange against "borrowed" credits. In other words when you have 6000 available credits you also have 6000 available to borrow from the next years allotment-so if you did a full exchange of 10,000 for a 2bd-you don't even have to have all the credits in your available category. So-you could do a 10,000 EOY or 3 Flex changes for12,000 (6000 annual) or rent the credits as Boca stated-I have already done that and its VERY simple. I get excited thinking about all the possibilites. LOL. Oh and maint fees are 405.47 for an account with 5001-7000 annual credits and it increases in increments from there. 10,000-12,500 would run 594.51 annually. ok-I'll shut up now. I just love my new toy!

Better watch out. You are well on your way to firing your boss and timesharing full time. When you see that you have an unlimited supply of credits to confirm reservations, you keep doing it until you go broke or you get fired. That's coming from a true timesharing addict. This has been an interesting trade test. My Marriott Manor Club and Hurricane House weeks can both see all of the 2 bedrooms at the Palm Desert Marriotts and the Westin Mission Hills. Marriott Sunset Pointe (2 bedroom villa) on Hilton Head Island, using a 4th of July week, cannot see any of the 2 bedroom Christmas or New Year's weeks.

I see 2 bedrooms at all the Marriotts,the Westin and Lawrece Welk had available rooms but when I logged on 2 min later to recheck if this was correct LW was gone-Using Orlando Sheraton Vistana Villages 2 bed

I am glad that someone posted this. I found out that my 2BR Marriott Canyon Villas has the same trading power as my 1BR when doing a request first. No need to waste the entire 2BR for sure...

I am seeing 2br's at all three Marriotts and at the Westin for one or both of those weeks with a Gold Marriott Fairway Villas 2BR (Presidents Week 2008)

Interesting as the 2BR Marriott Gold I was using and not seeing the 2BRs with was Fairway Villas Gold Easter Week 2007 - it was reported on TUG by the guy who bought this week from me that he was seeing amazing stuff with the Presidents week 2008 that he reserved!
