Who should I bank our 2 BR (w/pool) Windjammer Landing with?

I have been trying to rent our week 34 (August) at WJL in St. Lucia for quite a while now at a good price. Since it's almost May, I am thinking I may have to go ahead and bank this, but not with RCI. We would like to go to the Atlantis Harbourside in the Bahamas or one of the two timeshares on St. Kitts in return. However we have 2008 pretty much booked so we are looking at 2009. Which of the independent exchange companies would be our best bet?

I believe that Atlantis only exchanges thru II. However, it is an extremely difficult exchange. It has a Westin/Sheraton preference, and few manage to last beyond that.

The Marriott, on St. Kitts, would be the exact same scenario. Perhaps you could grab something during flexchange.

Are you referring to this August? If so, your trading power is going to be diminished in II, because it is less than 6 months, to check-in.

When are you looking to go?
Have you enquired of SFX if they will take your resort for hurricane season?

If anyone is going to get the properties you are looking for <hey put the WSJ in that request and you are looking at the toughest request ever placed>.it would be that Independent.

Am hoping you are VERY open on your exchange dates. I have seen Atlantis in Jan in II but don't believe that is an option for you with your property.

Have you thought about a direct exchange?

Don't think it is with II -SFX might take it(but might not because it is so close to check-in) but I don't think they would have the properties that OP is looking for.
Have you listed it on Redweek?
I have had good success with rentals there.
Or bidshare auctions, another good site!

If you would consider Morritts Grand Cayman. DAE is known to get deposits there.

Windjammer Landing in St. Lucia exchanges through RCI, although we also belong to II. I do have a direct exchange listing on redweek. Thanks so far for everyone's responses.
