  • A/C with II...Marriott's Cypress Harbour or Rocky Mountains

I am going to use a A/C from II and was looking for input. I have never stayed a Marriott's and was thinking of using the A/C at Marriott's Cypress Harbour or somewhere in the Rocky Mountains. Is this Marriott as nice as it looks?

I would prefer the mountains but if this Marriott is top shelf (or close) I will choose it so I get a flavor of a really nice resort.

    Thanks,
    Mike

We loved Cypress Harbour. you feel like you are at a real resort, it doesn't feel like a time share.

Take a look at the reviews on trip advisors. That might help to give you a better idea....

BTW, I'm still keeping track of how many times you annoy me.

Consider Grand Timber Lodge in Breckenridge, it is nice, too.

Have you seen Grand Timber Lodge in Breckenridge open to a AC. I am going between July 29th - Aug. 12th . What do you think my chances of getting into Grand Timber Lodge during that time period is?

          Thanks

Consider a Getaway for Marriott Cypress Harbour

            Mike
Take a look at the Getaways at II before you use your AC for Marriott Cypress Harbour. If you are a gold member the rentals are only $404.

I used an AC for Grand Timber last year in a 2 bedroom the last week of July. It is a beautiful resort. We had a great time although it was stormy a couple of days.

I looked at Getways but this is all they have in the Rocky Mountains for that time frame.

I have a unit on a 24 hour at Marriott Cypress Harbour. I will post the unit number when I get. Maybe someone will know twhere the unit is locationed at the resort.

Can a Getaway be booked for 1 night?

              Thanks all for you help

The unit number on the confirmation has no meaning with respect to location. The unit is assigned within a week or so of check-in based on one's position in the pecking order. Generally speaking, non-Marriott owners trading in are at the bottom.

It's not in the Rockies, but we have really enjoyed summer weeks at Marriott's Summit Watch in Park City, UT>
