Still having good luck with RCI especially getting resorts that bulkspacebank...have Paris confirmed for June and NYC in July but can't really do both so will throw one back. With II was able to trade into Marriotts on HHI and Ft Laud using non-Marriotts in 2007, so that was really great luck. (Both are easy drives for me, or cheap flights via AirTran.) I've one deposit sitting in TPI but don't ever see anything I'd want on their website...wish I deposited elsewhere but live and learn. In 2008 I'll also be visiting home resorts again...in Cozumel MX and in North Georgia mtns. Like some others I've started to buy t/s where I like to stay and can easily get to.

Boy, I can tell I am out of my league. We only vacation once a year at WDW. I can't wait to have other options like some of yalls. I can't imagine going all year long but I sure could enjoy it!!! Someone has to let me know how you do it all. I can't even get an exchange to Myrtle Beach this summer with DVC! I have to just keep reading all these great post and maybe one day I can learn something. Just keep the info coming!

My latest exchange is a great one: 1BR Inverness at Walden II wk 27 (July 4th), 2009 for 2BR Scottsdale Camelback Resort Thanksgiving 2008. I could not pull this week when searching online, but knew it was there from searching with a Marriott week. It matched overnight once I placed a request.

Our goal for 2008 and beyond is to use the 13 weeks we own. Our vacation plans, so far, include April 6th to April 20th Gaslight Plaza Suites, San Diego, using bonus weeks from Trading Places. Hubby will be staying the first week while I go on a spiritual cruise with a girlfriend to the Mexican Riviera. Following our second week in San Diego, hubby and I will spend 2 weeks in Las Vegas at our Summer Bay timeshare. We also have a Summer Bay week reserved during Easter week that our daughter will use. June 7th, hubby and I will check in to Wyndham Waikiki Walk and on June 14th we move to Shell Waikiki Marina, more timeshares obtained with bonus weeks from Trading Places. We paid extra to use the bonus weeks early. Beginning June 21st, our daughter and grandchildren will join us in Hawaii. First we will use our 2 weeks at Pono Kai; then on June 28 we go to Maui Schooner using our two units there, and on July 5th we will use our two weeks at Kona Coast II. From October 25 to November 22, hubby and I will be at Ocean Landings in Cocoa Beach. Our kids and grandkids (3 families) will join us the first week in November at the timeshares we bought for them at Ocean Landings.

We still have vouchers to use on United (anywhere in US 48) and deposited weeks in Trading Places and II, some of which will be booked in the near future. We will look into a possible winter trip, or somewhere in August/September.

Revision: Using United Airlines vouchers from Newark to Santa Ana, we will be going to
Capistrano Surfside Inn 1/13-1/20/08 and to Riviera Beach & Spa 1/20-2/02/08 thanks to Trading Places!

I'd like to add a piggyback week to our Utah trip in July, but so far haven't seen the unit I want in RCI.

I got many of these great trades by being able to select weeks for deposit into RCI with my Wyndham points. However, Wyndham has destroyed that option and I doubt I'll ever get the Manhattan Club or Royal Mayan again with the generic Wyndham deposits.

We recently joined II and I see some really great stuff there. I need to use up some of my remaining RCI deposits first, though!
