Just to let everyone know IIs policy is if you place an ongoing request with an AC to charge you for the largest unit you were willing to accept.
I had an ongoing request for Disney properties and asked for a 1 or two bedroom unit. I got a call that they had a 1 bedroom to fill my request, and took it. I was charged $299 the two bedroom rate. I called II to request the $50 refund, and was told that their pollicy is to charge you for the most largest room that you were searching for no matter what you took. I was transfered to a Customer Relations Rep and was told that this is correct and it is explaned in the Terms and Conditions.
If I had known this I am not sure if I would have taken the unit or not, but it seems that II should explane this when you place an ongoing request, and when they call to confirm one.
