Ken May leaving RCI

Ken May is leaving Group RCI effective 11/2/07.

Finally, Carolinian's chance to get into a position to return RCI to the "glory" days. The search for replacement is underway so lets hope he applies.

Sorry, it is more fun trying to help straighten out problems in a post-communist country than to try to straighten out all of RCI's problems.

It is good to see the back side of Ken May, however. I am sure resorts will not miss the letters he used to send announcing "enhancements" that were bad news for members and resorts.

There is no going back but perhaps an opportunity to improve. Downward spiraling customer service and inventory is not a good thing for any business.
The churn has got to be showing up on the bottom line.

We will as alway keep a watchful eye.

I think Lawren's termination of their 'relationship' is what did him in..I can't wait to see how much his 'golden parachute' is!
