Platinum Interchange Feedback plz

I have traded with SFX and DAE. Need a week in Calif either June 14 or June 21 week for my DD and SIL this summer. I noticed Platinum has a couple of choices they might like. Can anyone give me any feedback on having used PI? Are they a good company. I noticed a couple of less than stellar comments, but they were almost 2 years old. Appreciate any help.

I got an exchange to Santa Fe for July 2007 from Platinum and it was a smooth transaction. The staff person arranging everything was very helpful and professional.

I have been impressed with my contacts with Platinum, very helpful and professional. I deposited a week with them and have several requests in place; I will post an update when an exchange comes through.

Ginny if you post a question in there ask forum, They will come back to answer in less than 24 hours. With my little dealing here with them they seem to be on top of things.
