Thank you again for all of your great responses! Would you mind if I asked you one more question?
Update is...
After the responses yesterday, I added Marriott Cypress Harbour to my pending request. Ideally I wanted to go mid to end of October. I put the request in for all of October, I probably should have just put those last two weeks I guess. When I checked this morning, they did match me to a week for a 2BR at cypress harbour. The week they matched me to is September 26 ---> October 3. It's really earlier than I wanted, but my question is.... dare I throw it back in and adjust my cypress harbour request dates to be just the last 2 weeks of October? Or am I taking too much risk of not matching in October? I know you can't say for sure. Truth is, I *could* go in the dates they offered me, but I really would prefer the end of the month. Would it be stupid to throw this week back in?
Also....Is there any risk of ticking the I.I. people off if I turn this one down? Like might they not give me another week? I know that's probably a totally stupid question, but I want to be careful!!
Thank you!!
Cheryl

For the latter, no you will not annoy anyone by turning this down and narrowing your dates. Happens all the time.
Good lesson - NEVER put in dates if you REALLY can't go or prefer to go another time. (can u tell this has happened to me? )

Good lesson learned for me - definitely! Would have been smarter for me to start narrow and then widen if I need to.
THANK YOU!!!
