OK I have now seen every single hard to find RCI on-line trade, in season. I've booked some of them too.

Brian's posting of Bonnet Creek this morning almost closed out my "I will find this someday before I die" list.

But there is ONE remaining for me. REALLY! only one...

To the person that find's THAT resort any time between April and November of any year I will personally give a last minute trade in RCI or a bonus week in TPI.

Pretty much!
Up to 9k points RCI. The winner is responsible for any exchange Fee or AI costs. Or a studio bonus week in TPI. If winner wishes to pay an upgrade fee for unit size they can do that.

Now to tighten up the rules...

I've thought a bit about this over the last few hours. Gotta be a summer week. June, July or August. and it HAS to be an exchange from RCI.

Whoever finds this resort must place it on hold in their RCI account. Must post it on RCI Exchange Opportunites and must provide me access to their account to verify it is there. <I'm trustworthy but we need some kind of proof>.

Frankly, now that Wyndham controls the RCI deposit, it is upto them. But their new DC resort will be opened pretty soon, so don't be too suprise if you suddenly see it.

No. The Wyn account won't do it. Gotta be RCI. I'm being kind here as weeks or points matter not as long as someone FINDS it.

and the new resort won't count either.

I promise I won't pack it in and stop doing what i do. I just have this jones to see that one on-line or grabbed by someone. Just once.
