Is the inventory the same for the last minute exchanges as the 7500 pt exchnges? Are these the same thing?

I don't believe so,

One is their rental arm and the other is for regular time share users. I have seen vast differences in them.

i think there is a last minute exchange and a last minute rental. most likely from the same pool. last minute exchange you pay exchange fee plus 7,500 or 9,000 point. last minute rental (last call) you just paid 199 or 249 depending on the size of the unit.
